2011 SUBJECT: SIGNS SIGNS AND BAN SMOKING BAN SALE TO MINORS.

As you know, on 31 December, published the Law 42/2010 of 30 December, which amending Law 28/2005 of 26 December, on the smoking and regulating the sale, supply, consumption and advertising of snuff products.
Third Additional Provision establishes the obligation that all centers or that there is legal prohibition of smoking, should be placed at the entrance, in a visible place, posters announcing the prohibition of the use of snuff.
These posters must be written in Castilian and in the other official language with the requirements set by the relevant regional standards.
regard, we send you attached the new signaling models adapted under new rules that have been published on the website of the Ministry of Health, subject to formal and binding models to determine each Autonomous Community in their respective territories.
The outlets of snuff and stamp are required to be placed at the entrance to the premises the same posters published by the Ministry of Health for Hotels and Restaurants sector, namely those that include Smoke free, and BAN SMOKING ON SALE SNUFF PRODUCTS UNDER 18 YEARS (Smoking seriously harms you and those who are around).
