SUBJECT: FINANCING BBVA

Dear colleagues

Given the situation created by the entry into force of the Payment Systems Act have been raised to partners who have accounts with BBVA some specific liquidity problems and even back some LOGISTA receipts. Made appropriate representations at the highest level, with the President to the head have reached the following agreements:

- will be met by the BANK all isolated cases that have led to some disorder or bankruptcy of any partner who has an agreement in force with BBVA.

- From the 12th of July until September 30 THIS YEAR, there are non-renewable term for the part of each and every one of the Associates, who have agreements with BBVA, they arrive in the office for which they hold their account and proceed to regularize the situation, with the head of the same, and following the guidelines that require new legislation.

- We want to see all the BIG associated readiness of those responsible for BBVA to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
